Cincinnati–Hamilton County Workforce Development Board
The Workforce Development Board (WDB) provides strategic oversight and guidance to OhioMeansJobs Cincinnati–Hamilton County. The Board is made up of private-sector business leaders, education representatives, labor organizations, and community partners.
Consistent with the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), the WDB is majority private sector, ensuring that our programs are demand-driven and aligned with the needs of local employers.
